According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, Iranian nuclear scientists Mohammad Mahdi Tahrani and Faridun Abbas were killed in an Israeli attack.
An Israeli defense official revealed that the IDF killed Iranian military commanders and senior nuclear scientists in the first round of strikes against Iran that day. The official said that the possibility of their death was “increasing.”
Iran has not responded to this for the time being.
