According to reports from Beijing Daily, People’s Daily Online and CCTV News, after hosting the world’s first humanoid robot half marathon, Beijing Yizhuang announced at a press conference on Wednesday (June 11) that the world’s first embodied intelligent robot 4S store will be officially established in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone Robot Industrial Park in Yizhuang during the 2025 World Robot Conference.
It is reported that the above-mentioned 4S store takes embodied intelligent robots as the core, innovatively integrates robot sales (Sale), spare parts supply (Sparepart), after-sales service (Service), and information feedback (Survey), aiming to build a service system covering the entire life cycle of robots and achieve efficient docking between supply and demand.
Like car 4S stores, robot 4S stores will establish a systematic and professional maintenance team, relying on professional testing platforms and original factory standards to provide integrated diagnosis, module-level repair and performance verification, achieve efficient and accurate maintenance, and provide online repair, telephone consultation and door-to-door service.
At present, more than 100 upstream and downstream enterprises in the robot industry chain have clearly expressed their intention to settle in, including 30 humanoid robot enterprises, including Tiangong, the world’s first humanoid robot “half marathon” champion.
When artificial intelligence technology is deeply integrated with robotics technology, machines have the ability to perceive, understand and act in the physical world. This ability is called “embodied intelligence”, and humanoid robots are the key carriers of embodied intelligence.
