Honestly, it’s a big deal when a startup lands a major investment. Here’s the deal, MemoraX AI, a Shenzhen-based company, just announced that it has completed a multi-million dollar seed round financing. This round was jointly led by L2F Ventures and Zhongding Capital, with participation from well-known investors and industry players. L2F Ventures also served as the exclusive financial advisor.
The funds will be mainly used to iterate and engineer the company’s core technology, Agentic RL, as well as to develop the productization of its native memory module.
