The report noted that just hours before the attack, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned that Moscow was preparing for a “large-scale assault.” Earlier this week, Zelensky visited the White House to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump, urging him to provide more air defense systems to help Ukraine defend against Russian strikes.
As of the time of this report, no official response from Russia has been seen.
