On August 17, Meituan launched its 2027 campus recruitment campaign, targeting fresh graduates worldwide who will complete their studies between November 2026 and October 2027. The company is opening up more than 100 different roles across 10 major categories, including technology, product, business analysis, operations, retail, and sales, with positions available in dozens of cities globally such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Riyadh.
Compared to previous years, Meituan has introduced over a dozen new AI-native roles this year, including AI Full-Stack Engineer, AI Product Manager, and Intelligent Business Analyst. More than 80% of the job descriptions now explicitly require AI-related capabilities. A Meituan recruitment lead shared that this year’s hiring puts special emphasis on candidates with an “AI Native” mindset—people who proactively think about leveraging AI in their daily work to solve problems and enhance collaboration and service capabilities, while also diving deep into the business frontlines to identify real-world issues and drive meaningful solutions.
