Russian President Vladimir Putin said on March 13 after meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko that Russia is ready to say “welcome” to Western companies returning to Russia.
Putin stressed that Russia welcomes Western companies to return at any time, but if their market share has been taken over by others after they withdraw from the Russian market, Russia will not provide any preferential treatment for them to return to the Russian market.
