Following news of a deal to immediately end hostilities between the US, Israel, and Iran, the Iranian military has released a statement asserting that it has shamed both the United States and Israel.
The statement, broadcast on state television by the Iranian Armed Forces General Staff, reads: “With our sacred and unwavering will, we have defeated the humiliating American and Zionist enemy. We have proven with strength that the enemy has no choice but to accept defeat and surrender.”
In a separate post on social media, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Baghaei, was quoted by the Tasnim News Agency as saying: “The aggressors ultimately failed to achieve their goals. The Iranian people’s steadfast determination, resistance, and self-sacrifice turned the enemy’s ambitions into failure and disgrace.”
He added that even the masterminds behind the aggression now admit they have exhausted all options without reaching their objectives.
