On August 2, 2026, the “2026 New Release Event & LONGTING ART Classical Piano Concert” was held successfully at Longting Winery in Penglai, Shandong.

At the release, Longting Winery’s owner, Song Yan, shared in her speech that Longting has always aspired to be more than just a place for winemaking—it aims to be a space where art and a beautiful life unfold. Following the June LONGTING ART exhibition “If the Sea Breeze Comes,” this classical piano concert in the estate’s energy cellar further extends Longting’s exploration of blending wine with art.
She noted that this new release collectively presents Longting’s deepening understanding and expression of the Penglai coastal terroir. The winery adheres to a selective biodynamic farming system, employing practices such as natural grass cover without tillage, minimizing human intervention, manual vine selection, and low-yield fruit control to preserve the purity and vitality of the coastal terroir as much as possible.
