DeepSeek open-sources new version R1, comparable to OpenAI’s highest o3 model

The open source large model platform DeepSeek has open sourced the latest version 0528 of R1. DeepSeek has not yet made any explanation about this version, and has only “quietly” opened the model. It is estimated that the model card will be released soon to introduce more functions. However, some netizens can’t wait to test the new version of R1. The famous code testing platform Live CodeBench shows that its performance is comparable to the latest high version of OpenAI’s o3 model. Some netizens have also tested the style of the new version of R1, which is almost the same as OpenAI’s o3.
