On July 10th, in response to the heightened danger caused by floods that destroyed snake farms in Guangxi, Tencent Maps launched a “Snakebite Treatment Map.” This handy tool allows users to search for nearby snakebite treatment centers directly within the app.
Simply open Tencent Maps and search for “snakebite treatment” to instantly see a list of medical facilities in your area that have the expertise to handle snakebites and stock antivenom. This can make all the difference when every second counts after a venomous snake bite.
As of now, this feature already covers 100 hospitals across Guangxi province, and the map will keep expanding with new updates.
