WeChat Pay Launches AI Exclusive Card

On June 17, WeChat Pay officially launched the “AI Exclusive Card.” According to the service description, this is a product feature designed specifically for AI agent payment scenarios, embedded directly within the WeChat Wallet. The WeChat Pay AI Exclusive Card has currently been integrated with Tencent’s desktop productivity agent WorkBuddy, and will open up to more AI agent platforms in the future. Users can make purchase requests during conversations with the AI agent, experiencing an automated shopping journey from smart recommendations to completing payments.
