Back on June 10, Honor officially shared the news that their YOYO assistant is finally teaming up with WeChat for a major AI ecosystem play. And it’s already live. You can now rely on YOYO to shoot off WeChat messages, kick off voice calls, or jump straight into video chats, with the update fully rolled out across all supported Honor devices. Under the hood, this whole setup runs on an A2A (Agent to Agent) framework. In practice, the first wave of features simply lets you talk to YOYO to handle your WeChat comms: texting a specific contact, making a voice call, or starting a video call. It’s a genuinely smooth, hands-free way to bridge two of the most essential apps on your phone.
